Did you get chance to weigh it Colin?
I weighed the 15" version today.
I bind the shaft in PVC tape where it enters the winder so it doesn't flop about

The galvanising is very nice, what sort of cost is involved for this?
Although mine has been on for at least 18 months at a guess with not even any muck attached yet, pretty out of the slip n dirt stream.

EDIT the EXIF info of my photos indicated 28th March 2013 but it looks like I just fitted it today still

Hi Andy,

I haven't had the bill yet. I was not sure whether to powder coat or galvanize, I choose the latter as it matched the chassis. Also my mate Steve who did the welding works for a steel fabrication company and he sorted it out for me.

I am now leaving for France, I will update you when I get back in the middle of August.
