Thumbs down

Sounds to me that the Judge is biased against cyclists if she thinks the accident was 50/50.

She was looking at her mobile phone while she crossed from east to west, and only noticed Mr Hazeldean approaching at the final moment.

The court was told the pedestrian "panicked" and tried to dodge back to a traffic island, but the cyclist, who had been travelling at between 10-15mph, swerved in the same direction and hit her.

Mr Hazeldean had been cycling through a green traffic light, he had sounded a loud airhorn attached to his bike, and he also shout, swerved, and braked in a bid to avoid Ms Brushett.

However there is some good news (sort of )

Should be saved going bankrupt

Yes but only cyclists **** "everyone" off and act as if they are invincible, and if challenged get aggressive or point to their head cams, registration and insurance is the remedy, and make them wear it on their backs in type big enough to see, that should see most of them off the road straight away.

It's not all cyclist I hate, those who ride to work and obey the traffic laws are fine, it's the lycra clad heroes and heroines who wind me up, and show me them en masse and I require weapons, we came across a group about a week ago on a B road, must have been 50-100 of them strung out 3 abreast with no gaps so everyone behind them had to go at the speed of the slowest rider up hill and down dale, round bends, we had a massive queue before the dick heads turned off, despite passing at least two laybys where they could have let traffic past.

Just be patient Kev, they can bring a motorway type road to a standstill while they all take a leak here in France.

The FSA licensed a twice convicted fraudster to handle our life´s savings. Guess what? He robbed us of £750,000.
Brexit is madness orchestrated by the insane.
