They lost horse racing to Channel 4. Not nearly as good.
All channels are using far too many presenters! All you need is one presenter to introduce the sport and guide us through the programme. All the analysing by multiple presenters drives me nuts.

Methinks in the future the'ye going to have to. The gravy-train has now ended, at long last.

Yes, it's taken a long long time during which the licence fee payers have been taken for suckers. Staggering to think that the licence fee payers have been generous enough to build up a £3m pension pot for Alan Yentob.

End of an Era (again)

I subscribe to Sky Sports specifically for the F1 HD channel - but admit I watched BBC for any of the live races that they showed

At least CH4 will screen without breaks - I'll withhold judgment until I see it - I do like Sky but also like a mix up in styles of show (lets see who has the bigger giant Ipad!)

I wonder if this is anything to do with the loss of world revenue after shutting down Top Gear, come back JC all is forgiven.

I have to agree with Andy, F1 is now quite boring, I only catch it occasionally and apart from the names, it could be any race (race = procession) anywhere anytime.

Touring cars is much better, as it truck racing, but Moto GP is really where it's at, what a fantastic season it's been, loads of thrills and spills.
chasper and chasper like this.
