Good fun with floaters, despite the cloud.

Ok, couldn't get on with the centre pin for Carp, but I am using floaters ! Shame it's so cloudy here at Les Andelys. Only low doubles but good fun on an Avon rod.

Well done sir.

I was out on Katie Ann (Weymouth) last Tuesday on a wrecking trip. All in all we had 4 boxes of Cod and a box of Pollock.

I personally had 5 Cod to 8lbs and and a fine 14.5lb Pollock.

I'm out again on Friday on Shande lll from Exmouth on another Cod/Pollock trip, weather permitting.

I'm no angler but have been to "Trois Rois" at Les Andelys several times.

Are you fishing in the main river or in the "dead leg" on the other side of the site?

Cheers

In the dead leg, tried the river, but very challenging, it's tidal ( which I didn't know, imagine what happened next !) and the barges are enormous.
