Most of us would need to be told the make and model of heater in order to know if we were familiar enough with the one you have to offer advice.

Brexiters. It's your sh1t now. Whatever happens nationally and internationally you own it. I wish you luck. I think you're going to need all you can get and then some. Friday 13th December 2019.

I'm assuming the 665 has the Truma heater? Is the flue blocked/do you have the flue cover fitted? If either is the case it won't be able to breathe and thus light.

Most heater faults include low gas or low volts at the heater, regardless of if the hob lights okay, flue cover still on, all the interior vents closed so it can't breathe, fault on PCB, can also be lack of gas if it's been turned on, or knackered gas regulator in the gas locker, and each appliance has its own isolation valve, usually in a locker which has been know to be knocked into the off position.
