Could be, only the OP can confirm. Likely though as from what I can see they only started in summer 2019.

Air is very likely as everything needs to fill up and that does take a few minutes. But if it is new, the water gauges should work so probably best to try opening a hot and cold tap, listen for pump running (12v in back must be switched on and the pump on the control board).

If no sounds of air coming out from any tap, or pump not running, then only solution is to go back to dealer for advice.

I hope we do hear back from him, sadly many such posts are “one-offs”.
