Autumn colours Aagh!

Lots of folk have been saying how vivid the reds, golds, yellows and browns have been this year.

But when I saw brown streaks down the drivers side at the front of the MH I knew that the channel between the awning and the roof must be blocked. Climbing up onto the roof I found heaps of rotting brown leaves and after an hour of cleaning I was still left with horrible marks everywhere.

I guess that in most years those leaves would have blown off when we have gone out for a drive: get up there and check yours!

Gordon

(For some reason the photos have been re-orientated but hopefully you will get the gist )

A mottled roof.

There are a load of flies stuck to the front of my van, they will have to stay there until I pay someone in the spring to give it a clean, ladders are not a tool I want to use any more.

Yes, everywhere looks so mucky at this time of year with piles of leaves and grass mowing's rotting in corners.

Just about putting the garden to bed, clearing all ivy cuttings, pots in the greenhouse, and pressure hosing

I love it when everything is clean and tucked up for winter, then we can look forward to spring again

I've quite a wide channel between MH and fitted awning n it collects a lot of muck. The dealer was going to fit something there that would stop the muck building up but apparently the space was too wide n they'd have to order specially.

Anybody any idea what it is? My space is also quite deep.

As so often said, any pictures to show the problem Jean? And are you parked under trees?

Nobody's Motorhome roof will be as bad as mine. Its the worst its been. Nothing I can do about it I guess. Nothing works on it. Ive tried them all. Will just have to wait until the spring and I can get it to a dealer but even they struggled to get it off last time.
