Drove by today, all stock gone and the shop closed.

Permanently closed by the looks of it

A pity as they always treated us well

I believe that Peter? the owner has died and the business now closed.

I try and state simple facts in a nice way.

Sad news

I was in there two weeks ago buying some new chairs for the van, so surprised it closed so quickly.

The motorhome service department was/is second to none. Customer service top notch

I understand Peter the owner passed away last year and the estate has decided not to carry on. Peter was a member of MHF when I first joined in 2008 and was ever helpful.

Strange how it couldn't be sold as a going concern given all the good things you hear(d) about them.

Peter was a decent sort, no doubt about it.

Peter was EXTREMELY helpful to very many people, including me, sadly he fell out with the the owner of MHF who could not tolerate other businesses effectively advertising foc., Peter kept offering his services whether sought or not….

He also gave a discount to MHF members, the MHF owner did not like that either….

Yes, I remember Peter - any advice he gave was always sound.
