MHF Insurance awarded Insurance Provider of the Year

Which Motorhome Magazine (Previously known as Which Motorcaravan) has conducted their annual mystery shopper survey of insurance providers for motorhomes.

They contacted 27 different insurance providers in the UK so basically covered all bases

Out of all those insurance companies our very own MHF Insurance got joint 1st with Comfort Insurance, which reflects on the extremely good feedback the policy and staff at the HQ get on here

Really chuffed as this is only our second year of running the policy and for us to get such recognition already is superb (Last year we were runners up in the same survey)

Just another perk of being a MHF Subscriber

Well done

We hovered between comfort and MHF and decided on MHF which was slightly cheaper at the time

having said that my quote has just come in at £345 82 without breakdown

platinum £403 89

Somewhat higher than the quotes shown by the mystery insurance quoted

Will check around a bit

hi and well done, but they just turned away my buisness stating that they wont provide cover for a vehicle parked in the street..
as its my only vehicle at min seems a sensible place to keep it and im sure a lot of motorhomes spend a fair portion of their time at that location.. (its a self build panel van conversion so not that bad to keep there. ) anyway ,anyone in a similar position any suggestions of companies that i may try for quotes. im with safeguard at min . thanks for any help ta andy.

Congratulations.

This is our second year with MHF insurance with only a very small rise in premium.
Not tested in anger yet and would prefer to keep it that way!

I'm not signing anything.

The two impulses in travel are to get away from home, and the other is to pursue something - a landscape, people, an exotic place. Certainly finding a place that you like or discovering something unusual is a very sustaining thing in travel.

Great! Congratulations! We switched to MHF insurance this year as it was the best deal for us.

Now, how about offering motorhome specific travel insurance? Mostly we don't need insuring for cancellation, lost luggage, etc. but it would be so much simpler, in the event of accident or illness to deal with one insurer for both the health and van related issues.
