No go getting e mails on my I phone

Hi,
Any wizz kids out there? I've just upgraded my I phone, I use a BT yahoo premium e mail address. No problem accessing my e mails on my old I phone or I pad. When I try to access them on my new I phone it asks for my yahoo mail password which is correct and then wants me to access a BT account which I do not have now as we have gone over to Vodafone for calls and broadband. Tried to get a phone number for yahoo mail and they don't seem to have one or a e mail help line ( very strange that!!) same with BT no help there. Slowly losing the will to live. Worse than getting through to vs on here.

Cheers

Nidge

It does a similar thing to me... BT want to send me a 4 number pin code to access a account that does not exist.
How difficult can it be? Considering man has walked on the moon (well according to the Americans he has :laugh)

Codes to phones are OK if ………
1/. You can get any signal at the house.
2/. Wife hasn't taken the phone shopping for hours.
3/. The number is the same listed on the account?
4/. Battery is up.

BT announced on Saturday, that they will be charging £7.50 per month to those ex subscribers who have retained their BT email address.

Ray, codes are OK also if you have the account that they are for... Bit difficult if you haven't got an account!!
