I've got a Google Nexus 9 and want to do a factory reset. I believe I shall have to reload all apps afterwards but, if they are paid apps, will I have to buy them again or will they remember me ?
When you enter your Google id (usually your gmail address) and password you should be able to restore all your apps including the paid ones.
If you have more than one Android device and enter your Google id and password when initially starting the device from new or after a factory reset you can usually load all your paid for apps on all of them.
After a factory reset you usually get an option to automatically restore all your apps. If you don't choose to restore them all you should be able to go into Google Play Store, tap the 3 horizontal bars at top left of display, choose My apps & games the select ALL and you will display and reinstall all your previously installed apps. Easy peasy.
