Anyone use WPS office app on tablet?

I get all these techy problems once I'm on the road 😞

I'm using my Samsung Note 10.1, with WPS office app. In the writer (like a word doc) it doesn't matter whether I've word-wrap on or off I still have strange breakages of words, such as m at the end of a line and y at the beginning of the next; or weig at the end, hts at the beginning of the next.

I've googled and there's a solution for the PC which involves right-clicking and going to Paragraph settings. I can't right-click on the tablet but none of the paragraph settings involves Line and page breaks which is what I need apparently, to turn off breaking Latin text in the middle of a word (it's a Chinese app)

Any help out there?

Thanks.

When I chose WPS some years ago it fitted what I needed best, at the time. I need something that will mimic ms office for word and spreadsheets - does Google docs do that?

I used WPS Office but after recent updates it became so laden with ads popping up I gave up and now use Google Docs. I believe there is a version of Microsoft Office available for Android tablets but I haven't tried it.

I gave Google docs a whirl. But it seems you have to save either to G-cloud or to the device. I want to save to Dropbox but, reading this, it seems you have to go VIA G-cloud. I don't want to use G-cloud at all. Am I reading this correctly?
