Trauma heater - no hot water

It's the first time we've needed to shower in the van and the heater only takes the edge off the coldness. Air heater works fine but not hot water.... any ideas? My very cold GF will thank you!

Thanks

Is this a new problem? I know you said this is the first time you've needed to shower in the van but have you had hot (hot) water before now for washing/washing up etc?

Only ever washed pots on site, so never used.

Woke early today and searched out an operator manual, turns out it was operator error! The missus is just enjoying her first Aire hot water shower....

I never understood how the Truma heater worked using the manufacturer's instructions. For example, it talks about summer and winter mode; in Scotland! However, a very clever and kind member on here produced this 1 D 10 TS guide to use the heater and I copied and laminated it and use it every time I go near the controls. That is after 7 years and no problems since.

Here is a copy of it and hope it is useful.

Disappointed, was expecting more humour in that file, but usefull, I'll do ditto and leave it in the van.
