RAC recovery with MHF

We have just renewed our insurance , this time with MHF and including breakdown recovery. There does not seem to be any detail of procedure in the event of a breakdown (where to call etc) Can someone please point us in the right direction?
Jim.
PS not broken down at the moment!!

It is in the handbook which should have been sent either electronically or paper as requested by yourself. There should have been a card as below:

Just received my renewal notice from MHF and whilst it is a competative quote, it is still £9 more than last year !!!!!!! I thought motor insurance had gone down.

If it is the Premium package that includes Europe wide breakdown and recovery then perhaps those costs have gone up?

I'm not sure that motorhome insurance premiums are reflective of the much wider car insurance market. The reasons for the fall in car premiums - more competition and a reduction in whiplash claims - doesn't probably apply to motorhomes. Also I don't think that motorhome premiums increased a few years ago in the same way that car premiums did.

Yes mine is for premium cover also, so as you say, might be for the EU breakdown cover, never thought of that.

Thanks guys
