Germany & Switzerland

We are looking for a naturist site near Frieburg in Bavaria, and also Zurich in Switzerland, where we will be competing in a Triathlon during July.
Does anyone have a good experience of either areas or sites?

Cheers Tel.

Can't provide any personal experience, but you could take a look at Verein Natur & Sport (Gelnde Fohrli) club near Lake Greifensee, on the eastern outskirts of Zurich.

It's said to have a large pool with marked lanes suitable for serious swimmers. They have a small number of pitches for holiday visitors - I believe an International Naturist Federation [INF] card - is required (membership of British Naturism provides the necessary credentials).

Also near Zurich, Chlab (Hespa), to the west of the city - again a few pitches for holidaymakers with an INF card.

I don't have any specific suggestions for naturist sites near Frieburg at the moment.

Hope you get fixed up with something and have a successful trip.

Hi there mikebeaches and boardman

I appreciate that this post is way out of date but in answer to your comment , there is a naturist club in Freiburg, of which we are members, having visitor pitches available throughout the whole year.
An INF car is mandatory though.
Checkout the website www.sonnland-freiburg.de
Maybe we will see you next year

Hi Yeti - many thanks for the information - it looks good and another location to add to our list of 'to-visit' sites.
