UK has its own naturist camping and caravanning club here:

Dozens of rallies each year both home and abroad.

Adapt to change quickly. The quicker you let go of old cheese, the sooner you can enjoy NEW CHEESE.

Sorry Jed but I'm not into clubs of any sort so it isn't something I would consider. Are you a memeber? Do you think it's any good? Firewood experience wasn't good.

We were members of Suntreckers for a few years when we were tuggers. Sold the caravan way back and let the membership lapse.

However, re-joined a few months ago, although we haven't managed to get to any rallies yet this time around - hope to do so in 2011.

For us the positives are:

- it opens up new places to go - a mix of naturist clubs and field sites (we tend to prefer the latter, though do visit clubs occasionally)

- it provides networking and friendship opportunities with other naturists who have similar interests ie motorhomes, caravans and tents.

And the not so positive:

- you generally need to make bookings well in advance, and we prefer to go as we please. We also tend to keep a watchful eye on the weather and might choose to go somewhere different, or not bother, if it's wet and/or cold. That approach is difficult with Suntreckers.

As an aside, we're also members of British Naturism, and have been since 1973 - well worthwhile in our view.

We have been naturists for 32 years. We have been members of Suntreckers for 15 of those years. We have been members of a few naturist clubs (land based) and consider Suntreckers the best club. I agree that you need to book in advance for the rally but if the weather is not up to it there is still the company of friends and also sight seeing around the various parts of the country. We love the club.
