Books you read & films you watch, do they affect for mood?

I have finished 'The Two brothers' by Ben Elten and last night we watched the second episode of 'Holocaust' staring Meryl Streep and other's, last night I couldn't get this awful era out of my head. Maybe it's because we are near the area where so many terrible things happened and it's also in the German language rather than in American English which makes it even more realistic.
We mustn't watch these things so late in the evening again to give us a chance to replace those thoughts with something more pleasant.
The sun is shining, I am beginning to come back to the present.

Errr no!.

ray.

Just watching a shifty looking geezer in the library searching intently through the 'S' section of the dictionary, he's stopped now.

I think he's up to something. . .. . . ray......

Dont listen to dumb and dumber Jan. Of course they effect your mood. Just trying watching one of my videos before you go to bed, that usually does it for thousands of my female fans across the globe and they feel happy all night.

Could that be because you two only read Noddy books or watch Disney films I wonder?

Bluddy cheek. I rarely read books now as far too busy.
But for 11 years on 'nights' I could read a book a night and got through many authors.

My wife hardly read a book in 35 years of marriage but just recently is devouring SOE related books.

Our friend wrote this while on a cargo ship going round the world. We are lunching with him tomorrow.

If it's going to upset me I don't want to read it, well not yet anyway.
