Welcome to MHFacts Hannah, fire away with your questions, definitely a few of us here with Autotrail experience. Just give us as much information relating to your unit and problem as possible including base vehicle detail eg Fiat, Merc, Ford etc.

Welcome Hannah, many of us are always happy to answer questions, simply to reflect the way that we have ALL been helped in the past. I joined MHF about half a lifetime ago (or so it seems to those who keep seeing the stupid penguin catching fish) as a direct response to a fault on our newly acquired MH, the step would not retract when the engine started a d the fault was corrected by the useful people on here within 30 minutes ! That saved me a 100 mile journey back to the dealer.

Any typo that I make means the errorists win.

Any comments above are only MY OPINION and should be read as that.
