New to motor homing

Hello fellow motor homers.

I've just bought a RollerTeam T-Line 590 2014 after 3 seasons with my VW T5. As you can imagine, there's a hell of a lot more 'stuff' to learn and it's quite overwhelming.

My immediate 'must know' is how to turn off the motion sensor alarm when my dog is inside. Obviously I need to lock up whilst taking a comfort break!

A solution would be a huge relief!

Welcome to the forum.

Is the alarm an original fit item or an aftermarket one?

On our motorhome the alarm fob has an extra button to press to disable the interior sensors - thus allowing us to move around inside while the perimeter remains alarmed.

If only I could think of an original, witty signature . . . this is where it would be . . .

Our aftermarket alarm can be armed with the Fiat key fob. Pressing close doors/set alarm twice activates just the perimeter.

Hi linzer, welcome to the forum.

This is my alarm fob (after-market). It's the wireless button that sets the perimeter alarm which I use when in the MH overnight. I use the normal Unlock button to turn it off.

Hope you get it sorted cos it's not a nice experience if the alarm goes off when you're inside! (Which is good to know!)
