Ci carioca Wallboards

Good evening all.
Newcomer to Motorhomefacts!

After building several van conversions in all from Vivaros to full length and full height Citroen Relays I have finally purchased a coachbuilt.
A late 2004 CI Carioca 625. Has shocking damp/spongy walls down the offside and rear. This I knew when purchased. My plan is a complete stripdown, replace all and anything required and then a re-fit. I will of course be removing and re-sealing all awning rails, rooflights, windows - in fact everything will be removed, re-sealed and re-fitted over the coming months. This I'm happy to do and have in the past done very similar to caravans BUT cannot seem to find a match for the wallboards. Checked the usual suspects at Magnum and O'Learys but none look anything like. They all seem to have a rippled or textured surface and the ones in the Carioca are smooth.

So does anyone have a 'name' or stockist they could possibly direct me to??
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks, Stu.

Hi Stu and welcome.
Where are you based so members can advise on any stockists?

I suspect that many readers, like me, do not understand what you are trying to find as it is outside our experience.

Is it possible to give a clearer description, or better still a photo of what's you are after, or a link to material that is unsuitable so that we can understand, and perhaps assist.

Please....

Remember Jo Cox and what she stood for.

Any comments above are only MY OPINION and should be read as that.

Hi Fern and welcome to MHF, I got my wallboards from Knollbeck Caravans at Rotherham so not too far away, this was a good while ago so no idea what stock they hold now.

Craig is you man on 01226753956, they buy old stock like the others so you might be lucky, he is very helpful and can deliver at a price.

Cheers Pudsey - will give Craig a bell tomorrow.
Made a start today.....🙄
Got to keep going to back corner and across the back.
It appears the awning rails gone about halfway along towards the back and then across the back.
Loo window gone too🙄.
But hey-ho! With new boards and a full re-seal she'll be all good again👍

👍 Thanks - I believe Magnum do proper wallboard resin at £50 a tub, enough for 3 sheets but cant see matching boards on there though🙄.
I only need from halfway down the offside so could do with a decent match.🤞

Thanks to all for suggestions. After numerous emails and phonecalls a chap called John at AFP Motorhomes has come up trumps! £90 a board (usually only £40&#x1f644 but that is delivered from Italy!!
2/3 week lead time. Time to crack on removing the old ones😁
