Hi has anyone got any thoughts on how 29march brexit might affect motorhomers who stay out in europe for more than 3 months at a time.? EG we are out in spain now ...we go back in July usually .

will we be..... a) driving illegally in europe after 29th march.
b) in need of a visa ( to stay longer than 90 days)
c) restricted to how much alcohol we can take bake ( 2litres wine each !!)
d) no longer covered by EHIC card

My thoughts are not really relevant as they will not matter. All of the things you mention will not happen in any event unless there is a No Deal Brexit. How do any members of this forum know if that is a likely outcome?

No-one knows but even if the UK does crash out on the 29th March I can't imagine that it will change overnight. There are some 2m-3m EU citizens in the UK so a deal will be done to protect the rights of those already overseas from the UK and EU - at least for some sensible time i.e. months not days.

May I politely suggest that you read the lengthy "Brexit Facts" as amongst that you will find nearly 2000 PAGES of discussion about what MIGHT happen.

No-one knows...... and the water will remain cloudy until at least December 12th.

Thinking of; Mavis, Ray, Sandra and Albert at this time.

Any comments above are only MY OPINION and should be read as that.

Which year Dave? Or perhaps you meant the 12th of Never.

Propaganda works best when those who are being manipulated are confident they are acting on their own free will.

There will be a transition period of some two years after Brexit, so I guess any implemented changes will be gradual over this period.
