An interesting question.
Think possibly on average most ladies have different ideas from the gents.
How many ladies have been encouraged to drive the van ?
How many are used to emptying the toilet cassette, filling the water rang or emptying the waste.
Not to mention checking tyre pressures and any other mechical details!.

Every credit to those who do!

Think it's easier for the gents to pick up ( or avoid!) the more domestic chores which usually fall to the lady of the house.

I'm not even confident driving the car with Graham as a passenger - though perfectly capable driving alone or with the kids.

So it's really food for thought

Margaret

P.S. this is turning into a bit of a depressing thread rather than the upbeat get out an do it one I was trying to revive
You ar absolutely right sue

I'd never drive the motorhome , find the car hard enough

Personal Aire
My wife drives the van no problem, to be honest she is a better driver than me, a lot more light footed on the pedals and has no problem reversing 8 metres of van, which I struggle with.

All the maintenance stuff no issues with but she does draw the line at emptying the toilet cassette but I'm sure if she had to it would get done.

Get out there and enjoy it
