Satellite Dish

I have an Avtex TV in the van with a satellite tuner built in. On most sites the range of channels available using the vans TV aerial is fine, but we sometimes find that the reception is rubbish and end up with little or no reception. So I am thinking about getting a free standing sat dish, the van is already cabled with an external socket for sat and normal tv. Question, is the number of LNB's important? And any recommendations.

One LNB and one cable is sufficent unless want to run a PVR as well.

Personal Aire
Aligning the dish is the hard part IMO, we tried for several years before installing automatic system which now works well, but it was installed in 2010 and the satellite was changed in 2013 and it took us a further 3 years and £400 to get it to work as the de Oder could not be upgraded even though the satellite change had been announced long before our installation…..

But it now works even at the Med where the signal is supposedly impossible to receive.

Any typo that I make means the errorists win.

Any comments above are only MY OPINION and should be read as that.
