Iíve changed all my bulbs to LED , easy bulb swap, even the ones above the hab door, the original halogen bulbs discolour the lens with the heat they create.
Also I swapped the flourescent tubes with LED strips stuck in the original housing, removing all the control gear. I used waterproof led strip but over time this discolours, so I would use normal next time.
I used these bulbs in cool white, I find the warm white a bit dim.

I guess living in the van Nick you are always aware of improvements you might like to do. I'm usually 'told' the next improvement or change 'we' need to attend to.
I did try and replace all our lights to low energy but a couple had to go back to very bright incandescent bulbs where the guvnor needed extra lumens.
I have just been told 'we' need a new back door in my office which never gets used and I'm sure will see me out. But it will have to be done to 'improve' life.

Ray.
