Well Matilda is stuck. As one of my favourite Uk Tv characters Victor Meldrum
would say
I DONT BLOODY BELIVE IT
We used a British forwarding agent and I was assured that the shipping line they use do not require the vehicle to be fumigated , which saves us £ 2000.
1 day before shipment we received an E. Mail advising they made a mistake and it needs fumigation. I am aware that some lines do while others don’t, so after some heated discussions we are booked now on another shipping company. This means our Motorhome will now leave south Hampton on July 24 and arrive in Brisbane in the middle of august.
The good News is that the freight rate was less and I don’t have to pay for fumigation
