The Adventures of Piaggio

Some random clips and photos of where we get to on the scooter when away in the Motorhome. Between being cooped up at home and the effects of chemo I'm fed up and bored so looking through some hol. photos , maybe you will recognise some places .Starting with Ireland.

Happy memories Alan. Keep em coming.

Its the scooter that totally made our trips. Im not sure how many miles we will have done on the two scooters we have had since 2008 but i reckon its in excess of 30000.

This is a rather grainy photo of us rounding the last bend on the col de Tourmalet. We did over 10000 ft of ascent that day.

Loved Lac Estaing area. We wilded a couple of times by the side of the lake but I have a notion that it has been stopped now. Great photos. Pyrenees in shorts and T shirts weather on the scooter, nothing better.

This is much more fun than reading the endless and pointless political bickering. Cant even read the coronavirus thread now it's been consumed by the I hate the government gang.

Loved the Pyrenees especially the valley up from Argeles Gazost, Luz St Saveur, Col de Tourmalet and my absolutely fave spot Lac de Gaube. Haven't been back that way for a few years. Maybe on the list when I get back on the road. I'm missing France already. Sharing holiday experiences and pics is a great way to keep the mental vibe in +.
