Fiat Ducato 2012 Chausson flash 25

Hi im new to motorhomes and ive come across a problem with my 12 volt lighting and power sockets have stopped working, but they all work fine when plugged in to 240 volt power. I have checked all fuses and they are all good, i would appreciate any ideas or suggestions. Many thank Joe.

What is the battery voltage? It appears it could be flat and when on 240v the charger is providing the power.

Try the garage area initially. Except with bunks it may be elsewhere...under the floor in the cab??

I would suggest under the driver or passenger seat. Perhaps this group would be helpful for you https://www.facebook.com/groups/901783626514013/

This is a generic Chausson handbook circa 2014 so must be read with caution especially as the 25 can be on either the Fiat or Ford base but page 20 /21 may be useful
