Another fridge issue

Washed the van Friday, plugged in mains to get the fridge chilled prior to weekend away, trip went off on the mains board , reset it , stayed on , then misses shouts the electrics in the house have gone off, socket reset and turn fridge back to 240 volt same again .
Took the grill of the side of the MH and it was bone dry in there.
I did notice the metal jacket around the flue was open and the insulation was exposed , this is going to have to be fixed.

It's a dometic RM 6270
I've checked the switch send to be fine, where do others get there parts from, prices ranging from £35 to £95 but no-one lists ( that I've found) for my fridge

How strange, we plugged the van into an outside socket today and it tripped a fuse, plugged into an indoor socket and all was well.
All down to the silly German electrical system, 😡 not like the English system, he could work with that.

Maybe the outside one has a more sensitive trip?

Over complicated german system, over sensitive to moisture.

Maybe a silly question, but have you tried plugging the van into a different mains socket?

Oops a daisy 😵 our Fent caravan used to do that, I think We had to plug in the mains before switching the caravan mains on, I know it was something like that, but it was some years ago so don't take it as gospel, age does funny things to the memory as well as the body.
