Endless Breeze Fan - Possible counterfeit

Needed one urgently and a seller had UK stock so I ordered one.

There are a number of things that have started me wondering if this is in fact genuine.

I wonder if any owners of these fans could comment on the following

1. The fan was just sat in the box with no polystyrene packing.
2. The power cord was not tied with a little twist as they usually are
3 The speed indicator (Stuck on Black circle) is not aligned correctly
4. The fan vibrates quite noticeably at speed 3
5. The moulding on the sides is not smooth
6. The instruction sheet (2 sides of A4) has been scanned and printed.

I don't anticipate any issues with the seller, but it would be good to get any observations

Thanks

Andrew

There does some to be reports of noisy, vibrating ones and it was put down I think to a bad batch. Ours is about 8 years old and is perfect, wonder if the bad batch ones are just being passed from pillar to post, or person to person.

Mine (genuine) will be up for sale by the end of the week. We have used it once/twice as we never/seldom go off grid so have no use for a 12v fan...

We are away in the MH tomorrow for 3 nights so back Friday.

Which ever way you look at it, we are MUCH BETTER OFF in the EU than outside!
