Elddis aspire heating

Hooked up , electric switched off at door, Alde heating system says switched off YET warm air blowing from under drivers seat, to date only way I have to stop it is to unplug mains, any electricians or others come across this and solved it?

I would suspect that the alde heating control panel is still switched on for 240vac so when ever you hook up it starts up
When you say its off that maybe just the gas heating

Also any booster fan would have a separate on/off switch

( i am assuming this is a new van to you ) do you have the manual on how to use the alde system and also to find the booster on / off switch ?

You can download the user manual direct from Elddis site, just select model and year providing it's between 2015-2021.

Our 2012 Aspire was fitted with small mains fan heater fitted from new switch is a the rear below back of drivers seat
