Unhappy Elldis Accordo Paint work on cab

Has anyone had a problem with the paintwork on an Elldis motorhome. Peugeot boxer cab

When washing my van the other week the paint just flaked off on the sponge. About 6Ē long over windscreen.

Comments welcomed on similar paint problems.

How old is your vehicle? A picture of the damaged paintwork would be helpful.

Itís a known complaint on the Ducato so if yours is also Sevel built then the same primer problems maybe your problem too.

Personal Aire
We had to have the bonnet of our 2008 Ducato resprayed because of flaking, now itís happening on the panel next to the headlight, seems to be a common issue

Before you criticise someone walk a mile in their shoes, that way you are a mile away and have their shoes too

hi all

the flaking paint is a common problem on the ducatos around 2008 to 2011 i am glad i don't have a panel van m/home, as it was also common for the roofs to flake also

i had my bonnet re painted but as patches appear on the upper wings and around the windscreen i repair them by rubbing them down and respraying with a spray can

luckily the paint seems solid on the doors
