I believe that you can dispute an MoT outcome including advisories with DVSA - they will arrange a reinspection and if found that the original one was incorrect action will be take aginst that centre - including cancellation of their approval or retraining whichever is required....

Worth looking into IMO.

This website explains BUT it does not talk about advisories only ones that have failed but should not and those that have passed that also should not.....

In my experience common sense seems to prevail on this one as my MH's have passed their MOT's for the last 4 years with dash cam and sat nav still stuck on the wind screen.
