Swift/Ace Siena not charging Leisure battery when driving

It has the Nordelettronica 1432.183.01 Control panel and the Nordelettronica 1432.184.017 fuse board PCB, the fault is possibly 1 of 2 relays on the PCB, but surface mounted not a socket, we get 13.9v + as far as the relay but no further so are assuming this is where the fault lies, all the fuses we can find are sound both visually and electrically, all have been removed and refitted.

If we have a Siena owner I would love a picture of the legend for the actual fuses as there isn't one, Swift is as helpful as usual, I have asked on the Facebook page but got no response.

The tech lass is looking into it but it's looking like a costly repair or replacement right now and stops us from using the van for more than a couple of days at this time of the year.

Do all the other functions of the control panel work if they do it maybe better to run a seperate split charge unit direct to the leisure battery than repairing or replacing the existing control panel

Apologies, I meant to say the issue is not the control panel, I bought a new one recently and it all works fine, there are no controls on it to do with charging, you can set it up to draw power from the vehicle battery but thats all.

It's my own fault i was so tired when I got down there to view it, I just wanted to make sure it drove okay, which it did, I never checked how stuff worked, we've spent just short of 2k since then on it.

I just found this outfit that do a lot of repairs, seems very professional at least their prices are.

342 + VAT if you please, just to replace a relay.

The price of a tyco relay is less than 5 pounds still think if all other functions on that pcb are working i would leave it and install a separate split charge circuit

We have only used ours for fifty nights this year with covid and hospital appointments hope next year will be better as i have no future hospital appointments at the moment. Trying to organize our yearly winter break wife wants India but you cannot get a tourist visa at the moment due to covid and even if it changes as a British passport holder i cannot get an Evisor so i would have to apply to the Indian embassy in Madrid so it looks like south america or asia we will fly to london and make the decision on the day as we fly on staff standby tickets
