I've found it! Apparently it means anti-condensation. Which I THINK means something to prevent condensation round the freezer door.

So I assume the line thro it means it isn't working. Should it be?

Not 100% positive, this was explained to me by a neighbour with a new van.

There may be a heating device fitted around the fridge frame, if the door freezes to the frame due to excessive condensation the heater is manually/automatically switched in to free the door, i.e. depending on the model.

Yes Drew, that sounds familiar. Mostly we just left the switch off.

Ray.

The FSA formerly SIB & PIA licensed a twice convicted fraudster to handle our lifeīs savings. Guess what? He robbed us of £750,000. So they changed their name again to the FCA.

Yes. We had that. As I recall there was a small rocker switch which could be seen with the freezer door open? Maybe, it was a few years ago.

Brexiters. It's your sh1t now. Whatever happens nationally and internationally you own it. I wish you luck. I think you're going to need all you can get and then some. Friday 13th December 2019.

It looks like it's on by default. When I press the illuminated square to its left it will toggle between showing the icon as in the photo or showing nothing. But it eventually all goes black. So, in a heatwave, should I have it where there's no display (and the function is apparently working) or have it with the display with the line thro it and it's turned off?
