Control panel 12v power failure.

Hi folks, apologies, very new to forums and motorhomes.
I have just bought a 2001 fiat autotrail cheyanne 634. Hooking up mains is no problem as all works as it should. However, when I switch over to the leisure battery there is no indication of power in the little voltmeter on the control panel. I have checked the in line 20A fuse near the battery and it is good. Is there a particular sequence I need to follow to get power into the living area via the leisure battery? Any help is most appreciated.
Thanks, John

Hi Johnny and welcom to MHF

I can't say for sure but there is probably a switch or button to press on the control panel to switch from the engine battery to the leisure battery.

As Kev said, likely a button to push, what is the PSU Power Supply Unit model number in your AT and do you have a switch unit above the habitation door ?

Welcome to the forum Johnny.

A photo of the control panel might help.
