Battery charging on mains at home

Hi.
If you see my previous post, ive realised the importance of selecting the leisure battery whilst on site so as not too run down the vehicle battery.
Im just wondering that while I have the motorhome on my drive and connected to the mains, can the vehicle battery be charged by selecting the vehicle battery button??
Many thanks

It does on mine. Whatever battery is selected is in use so charged if on hook up. I tend to charge the leisure battery and then toggle to the vehicle battery every now and then.

Europe. We're not out till we're out. Until then we're still in. Mind you out is looking a lot like in but with less benefits!!!

Are you referring to a switch that gives the option?

Thank you Pat-h
Yes ....I have a toggle switch.
"Up" is for vehicle battery
"Down" is for leisure battery.
Ive always kept it on leisure battery then thought,if I selected vehicle battery.....it would charge that one.

You should see the battery voltage go up after a few minutes.
