Can't Reply to a post

Hi,
I get this message when I tried to reply to the post in Ask a Trader forum about dehumidifiers posted early this morning

Sorry, but only users granted special access can reply to posts in this forum.[B]

I guess it's in the wrong forum so I won't answer it

Steve, As I understand it you can only answer if you are a trader i.e have the trade banner.
You can start a topic to ask a trader a question.

They don't want any old riff raff giving assistance only proper traders.

That forum is intended for members to use if they want replies ONLY from trade members, hence non-traders cannot reply to posts.

Not a very successful venture IMO, mainly due to trade members not being very active in there. Shame really, I think Nuke intended the forum to be an opportunity for traders to demonstrate their knowledge and expertise.

In this instance I think the O/P has been a little let down by the lack of replies - but it's early days, if he PMs one of the mods the thread can be moved onto the main forums, I'm sure he'll get a better response there.

Help someone out when they're in trouble and they'll remember you when they're in trouble again.

I'd be very wary of following a link like that from a users first post, search google for an app like that

Yes raja. I frequently have to go and tell my PC not to have to use a password to gain access. This is usually after Microsoft does an update without telling me and changes several setting back to default. At least I know when an update has been installed. But very annoying.

So now as this is such an infrequent occurrence in the name of 'security' I have my password glued to the front of the screen.
