Can't change password

I have now tried repeatedly to enter my password on a different device, a password sent to me by VS. It won't work "password details are incorrect" Oh no they are bluddy well not.

So I tried to change password.....

It then gave me an unwanted new username, then a new password which will not work on any device.

I give up with this shower, they may well wrongly blame user error, but I can assure them the new password was entered correctly TWICE. Their system is where the error rests.

If I cannot post, you now know why.....

Any typo that I make means the errorists win.

Any comments above are only MY OPINION and should be read as that.

Seems to be getting worse all round Dave.
I have several accounts I now am unable to log into once I have come out. Most now want two stage authentication to a long defunct phone or codes not received.
Credit Cards, Paypal, phone accounts, websites, etc. etc.

As if we didn't have enough to occupy out waking hours.

I contacted Mike, he’s going to give Canada a nudge.

My traditional name has been discontinued for some reason and they have given me Penquin2 with yet another new selection of heiroglyphics as a Password.

No, I am not pleased....

Everything connected with me has gone, the garage, the signature, my history and my fishing penguin. I am also now a "Junior member" so it is unlikely that I will stay here.

This us entirely due to VS incompetence, they were asked for help simply to change the password as I had tried, they obviously do not wish to address their failings so my participation cannot continue.

Thanks for your help and support over the years, this is not a good way to leave but is entirely due to their incompetence.

Dave, it is still all there as the attachment of membership shows. It even says you posted yesterday. Don't give up too easily, membership since 2007 and 7000+ likes given to you is worth a bit of a fight with VS. I have made a note in my diary for 1st March next year to wish you a happy BIG birthday so keep posting. Ray

It's there but i can't access it in any way due to VS incompetence and their "change password" option which does not work.

I cannot even see Brexit, Corona virus (well Corna virus) or any Subscribers Lounge threads and my page is cluttered with adverts.

No way. I joined 13 years ago and this looks like the end.

Personally Dave you will be sadly missed as being an extremely informative member. Don't give up yet as we can all REPORT this thread.
