Can't acess links now.

Hello one and all.
Suddenly I can't click on any link either in notifications or even my AOL search bar.

I keep getting a message that content is blocked and if I have a Pop Up Blocker installed to disable it.??

It's only just happened today and I haven't altered anything and assume some 'helpful' update has changed something.
It seems to be across the board on AOL and Firefox. I can still 'search' via Chrome.
I have found and turned off the Pop Up Blockers in IE and Firefox but still unable to click notification links.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't see any updates on our end. can you try opening the notifications but right-clicking and opening them in a new tab?

It's not your end but some unknown update and alteration my end.
I can't even click a browser address as I get the same message.
It seems to be across the board on AOL and Firefox. I can still 'search' via Chrome.
I have found and turned off the Pop Up Blockers in IE and Firefox but still unable to click notification links from anywhere.

I was going to say it was a cookie issue but if it's across all browsers it's more then likely a programme that's running.

Ray,

Have a look at this - hopefully it is helpful (if I’ve understood your query correctly).

If only I could think of an original, witty signature . . . this is where it would be . . .

Ray,
But of course, you won’t be able to launch the site from that link. . . .
Try searching for “Hyperlinks not working in outlook”.
It’s basically suggesting that something has got out of step in your browser and how to fix it.

John

Thanks John.
Have gone down step one and downloaded the MS fix. But my AOL browser which rides on the top of Firfox still won't access links.
I checked and both Firefox and Chrome are OK and their search bars work. But my AOL seems to be the problem and it might be something to do with default browsers.

I will have a play about but my only concern is I can mess up something else while searching.

Thanks Ray.

Yes, frequently Kev. Sadly it seems the problem is restricted to be the version of AOL I access and have 'saved' on my toolbar.
If I access AOL via another browser all is OK. But somehow I can't open AOL via Firefox and 'save' it to my toolbar again.
