Auto Trail Tracker EKS Reversing Camera

Just been out to fill up and on my return, our reversing camera, which is inbuilt in the radio stopped working.
Anyone had this happen to them.

I don't know about an inbuilt system but is it possible you've inadvertently pressed a button?

I had my reversing camera stuck in reverse mode (rather than going into rear-view mode when in a forward gear) and I thought it was maybe a blown fuse or something. Turned out I'd pressed one of the buttons on the front of the screen!

It was like that for months!

Sadly, IMO, these things are now so complex that most adults can’t tackle them, find a 12 year old boy and he will sort it within minutes 🤣

I have become increasingly concerned with car “entertainment” systems which used to be radio + CD, ours is now radio, CD, Aux input, Spotify, Bluetooth, Navigation, Camera (forward and rear), phone(s), car information eg tyre pressures, blown bulb, lane departure warning, proximity warning for parking, too close warning at speed and others we seem to discover on a monthly basis.

I often wonder whether this increased complexity actually detracts from driver awareness as there are so many things to read, touch, listen to etc., as well as the passenger seat driver……. 😜
raynipper likes this.

Any typo that I make means the errorists win.

Any comments above are only MY OPINION and should be read as that.
