Reversing camera stuck in reverse view

I'd reversed into my spot, stayed a couple o days (possibly with the automatic still in reverse but can't be sure). When I drove off the camera was stuck in looking down mode rather than looking back.

Anyone experienced this before, and what's the solution please?

Don't know what camera it is, off the top of my head, but will find out later.

Not sure, will have a look later. Mine changes automatically from one to the other thro the 'gearstick'. When I move into reverse, the reverse view shows; when I revert to auto or neutral the camera shows the road view behind. Normally!!

Ooh Tres Posh Jean, mine is bog standard over the mirror type, most annoying as I have a back window I could otherwise see through anyway, I'm looking at moving it to the offside side of the dash on some sort of mount when I eventually have access to all my tools n stuff.

It's a Dometic Perfectview CAM44. I checked with the dealer if it's a known fault but no.

He suggested removing the fuse which apparently is behind a screwed panel on the side of the dash beside the steering.... Still to check that out.
