Renault Master Servicing

Hello Everyone,

I am quiet new to this forum, and my motorhome too. could anyone help me locate a good service centre around Cleveland for my renault master base vehicle. This will be my first service and don't really want any numpty with a spanner getting his/her hands on my pride and joy.

I take my motorhome to my local renault truck centre which is JDS morley leeds maybe they have a depot up your way as thet are a large company.

Have a Google for Renault and it will list all the service centres, of various types, in the UK....the same as all the other manufacturers.

Beezo, if you want, or need, to use a Renault dealership then go for Renault Trucks over the Renault Car dealerships any day.
They are relatively expensive at £55 an hour plus vat but they know their stuff and good customer service.

There are two Thompson Commercial dealerships up your way, one at Billingham and one in Newcastle.


Be aware that if the MH is under warranty that Renault Trucks and Renault Car dealerships cannot do each others warranty work. You need to ascertain which bit of Renault supplied the base vehicle originally as they cover the warranty.

I agree entirely with rayc . renault trucks will be better as their ramps will have a higher lift as they deal with commercials rather than cars.
