Hi all...
How hard is it to reset the ride height on my 2010 Iveco 50C18 motorhome? I suspect that the torsion bar needs resetting.
Its saging a bit to the left and scrubbing out the outside edge of the LH front tyre?
Ive contacted Iveco Aus and they want an arm and a leg to do it..
Has any one done this before? I have the manual and know the ride heights..

Personal Aire

Hi Mike,
Most of the motorhomes in the UK are on Fiat, Ford and Mercedes. Iveco bases are fairly rare and I suspect their owners tend to leave suspension and tracking issues to their dealers or the multiple tyre and exhaust suppliers. They are mostly all equipped with laser tracking tools and have the expertise to carry this out.
Suggest you try your local tyre place or Iveco forums.
In Portugal earlier this year, a young bloke with wife and kid managed to hole his diesel tank on an aire (Barragem de Povoa) on his Iveco based self build camper.
He managed to source one eventually in Italy that was suitable as the van was UK spec set up for right hand drive. Iveco UK sourced this for him but would take a week to deliver.
Hope you get sorted out,

It won't be long until a wee while now.
