WARNING.!!... The above post may contain an opinion

Academia and government artificially select for particular traits, among which is a lack of life experience. This is why it's possible for a person to be exceptionally bright while failing to grasp something as rudimentary as supply and demand.

We do it every year.

I assume your MH is on UK Registration.

Have you got a current MOT?.

If not you can only drive in UK if you are going directly to a pre-booked MOT appointment, otherwise you could be picked up by ANPR cameras and fined.

Why don't you register it in France and only need a Controle Technique every two years?

Ha ha, very good Ray. Surely you of all people are aware of the nightmares involved in getting U.K. registered vehicle re-registered in France!!

Andy

Its not the destination that matters.

It's who you share the journey with (even if like me, it’s in a caravan!)
I am very fortunate to have Mrs Plodd to share mine with

Oh yes Andy. But every time I manage it I feel elated as others say it's just too difficult.
We have now done three cars and one motorhome. Chuffed.

Have you thought that the perfidious French might decide that, since your Residency was based on papers then valid in the EU, that they are no longer valid after March 2019 and you have to re-apply.

Mon Dieu!

Mon Dieu could be right Geoff.
It's amazing how uninformed we all are after two years. My Carte de Sejour runs out just after March 2019.???

With all the unknowns today that might just be too risky Geoff. I would have to submit and send off the present CdS not knowing if I would see it again.
