There is a noticeable gap above the fridge which is wider at one end than the other. I've just ran some celotape along it. There is one drawer which also has a notable gap and I've done the same with that.

Michelle reckons the gap at the top of the fridge wasn't there before but it's the same fridge in the same place. I think it was about 2011 the entire lot was ripped out and replaced to cure a damp problem but obviously we have used it a lot since then.

You are all correct of course. It just needs sealing properly but there may also be an issue with the combustion not being correct.

I was going to get a replacement fridge when we get back as this one has been problematic for years but it's no good unless it's all sealed. Chances are the van will be sold in the spring but I can't sell it with a dodgy fridge

Fridges for MHs generally cost a feckin fortune. That seems to me to be why it is so common to repair them.

Seal the bugger off and if you have a blue flame and it is cooling sell it as it is.

Brexiters. It's your sh1t now. Whatever happens nationally and internationally you own it. I wish you luck. I think you're going to need all you can get and then some. Friday 13th December 2019.

I have the chance of one out of a 2006 caravan fitted for 150. I may well go for that as the main issue with this one is its so old all the rust keeps getting down on the burner and it either refuses to light or doesn't always burn properly. Apparently it cant be fixed. I trust the guy who tells me it can't be fixed. Don't think he would make it up.

I'll happily pay 150 for a replacement fridge but clearly the entire area needs sealing properly also.

I just wouldn't be happy selling it without it being safe and working. Going to have to get the gearbox done as well as the syncro is crunching a bit on 3rd and 5th

150 is a good price. Provided the fridge is working correctly and is visually in good order behind as well as in front I'd go for it.

I had a look at it. It looked ok. Just in need of a good clean I think.
