I do not doubt that they will have some satisfied customers, plenty of people do not have a clue , at the time I went there I too did not know what is involved, not very much as it seems to me, I unfortunately did not find anything to be satisfied about, I have just bought a full system for a third of what they charged me to check two valves and fit a filler point and a gas check point, and check the pressure, they seemed to take great delight in taking their time joking that it would go on the bill, I was not amused at the £360 bill.
What I found irksome was it cost me money to have it put right when I could smell gas inside when filling, the pipe was almost out of date, and the supposed sealing cup they said I needed did not seal and never could as it had a split in it, I had stainless steel piing done as that is what the car fuel types use, as it is better than rubber and does not crack.
Yes I could have gone back, but I felt they'd had one go at my wallet, I'll go elsewhere and pay fair prices in future.
In fairness to Chris Wise, who I have spoken to before, he seems knowledgeable, and said he could sort it all out, yeah right
about refillable LPG fitting, but Cylinders are just too easy to contemplate going to a dealer, under body ones are different and Autogas does have a very good system to be fair, but so do others now.
My local place was bit more honest and said why do you want me to do it, it's an hours work, but you could do it yourself, you can buy it all online now anyway, just pop it round for a safety check if you're unsure.
Use Autogas if you like, I can only speak to my experiences which were less than good.
Other installers are available.
