Probably not Jean

But having meandered down the costal road with that Adriatic Sea

And coming back on the motorway , bugger all there , certainly nothing in the way of camping

But beautiful in its own right

Should have least have been an odd bear or wolf

Still we had a wolf with us

I've noticed several signs indicating the possibility of wild boar crossing the road - haven't seen any tho.

Reminds me of one I saw in France, having broken cover from woods at the back of a field to our left (presumably to evade hunters). I could see it belting across the field and heading for cyclists who were ahead of us. It charged across the road just behind them and up the steep and high bank to our right as if it wasn't even there. I tell you, I wouldn't want to be hit by one of those - it would do a lot of damage.

Correct I wouldn’t wish to be faced by a wolf or a bear

But I would love to have glimpsed them

I thought you’d were back home in Ireland

Where are you Jean.?

Haven't noticed that Ian.... Crikey, what do you do if you meet one?

Don't get out the van, that's for sure!

No chance Jean

I recon they are well gone from the route you are travelling

You would be lucky to hear a wolf howl

Although if a ambulance passes with sirens blaring

Shadow lifts his head and howls at the sky

Friends are staying near you Jean but flying in.

But only if you feel like it and have the time.

Ah, that's kind Ray - but I just started my northward journey yesterday!

I was on a camperpark at Srebreno, their side of Dubrovnik - in fact the bus I got in and back was the 10 from Cavtat!

There's a British van here, pulled in last night, and I thought I might've got chatting with them this morning - but they must be up the hills. Either that or the rain and traffic noise kept them awake (of which I heard v little) and they're now sleeping.

I realise I don't feel confident about heading into the hills on my own so I might have itchy feet on this coastal leg. My next stop is beside a village so we'll see how that goes.
