Looking for small site in Istra in September

Heading for Istra for the month of September. Got the ACSI book but does anyone know of any small sites at the sea. Easy access. Quite happy with basic site. Preferably small town or village within walking distance.
Thanks
Derek

There are a few independent campsites around the coast in our own MotorhomeFacts database.

https://www.motorhomefacts.com/Croati...campsites.html (Give the link a couple of seconds to populate the map.)

A few were added by BognorMike and peedee, so they'll be worth a coat of looking at.

Couldn't get the information on the sites to open except on one or two

Which is unfortunate

I've just checked it again for you Sandra, and it's working fine.

Once yesterday, the map didn't open first time, but re-clicking the link resolved that.

I've also clicked and double checked the vast majority of site details from the displayed map and they're all ok too.

I'm not great with iPads, Sandra, as I seem to suffer from fat finger syndrome, but I've borrowed my wife's and tested my hyperlink again for you.

Again, everything works as intended, and the embedded links open fine to show the expanded site details, as on my MacBook.

It's puzzling why you can open one or two sites, but not others. That seems odd. Sadly, the system at my end seems to be fine.

We have a MacBook I'll try on that

It looks like useful information especially as we like the smaller campsites where possible

Thanks John, checked them out but nearly all are large sites which seems to be the norm in this area.
Again if anybody has stayed in any of the small (mini camping sites) and would recommend them I would be grateful for any information.
Thanks
Derek
