Grand Marnier (Cordon Jaune) - where to buy it near Calais

Just about the only liqueur I enjoy is a Grand Marnier. Not the red capped version but the yellow one (cordon jaune) which is much paler and lighter than the red.
We're off on a day trip to Calais next week and I'd like to buy a bottle (or two...) but on recent visits to the local supermarkets there has only been the red capped version on sale.

Has anyone seen the yellow top Grand Marnier on sale in the Calais area recently?

Thanks,
Bill

If you mean the triple sec, then it is difficult to find these days. I think you will have to seek either in Paris or an up market shop.

If you are stuck for a bottle, you can get it over here for around £26 per bottle.

I was pleased to find it in stock in Auchan in Coquelles yesterday so bought a couple of bottles.
The labelling was different so I wasn't sure it was the same stuff but compared the bar codes when I got home and I'm pleased to say that it appears to be the same. Here's a pic of the old and new labelling (new on the left).

Yellow Label Grand Marnier is packaged in the familiar Grand Marnier bottle, except it has yellow reflections on the label, with a ribbon and wax seal. if you are describing the same sorry to disappoint you they seem to difficult to find them these days. the Yellow Label Grand Marnier bottle price might vary from grand Marnier price Walmart. if any market shops near you deliver them place your order online I got one recently from Walmart Paris.

You do realise that this is a Europe based site and there is not a Walmart in Paris France, which by the way is the original Paris town.

Also the thread is 7 years old.

But you can get 70cl bottles of GM for about €15 still.
