Much cheaper than the so called camping areas.

I had a good run over the years always going for the week. But as my wife's birthday always came in the middle of that week I relented on her big one. She is a twin as well. Then our son decided to get married again in the same week and I lost touch with the group I always teamed up with.

I always managed to end up within 100m. of the toilet portacabin and grab a power outlet. Made all the difference to me as I prefered to watch the actual race in TV.

I found it so much better in an RV with all the luxuries of 450L water and similar waste. Genny on tap and a 'toad' to run around in.

Ray.

The FSA licensed a twice convicted fraudster to handle our life´s savings. Guess what? He robbed us of £750,000. http://raynipper.com

You can buy General Entry Tickets on the day. Off the top of my head it's @ 65 Euros.... We camp at the Tertre Rouge campsite. One of the few that actually overlooks the track. If you walk by the entrance you'll see our kitchen sink hanging on the fence. We try not to 'slum it', got beer and lager on tap, fridges, freezer, microwave, deep fat fryer, sky, normal TV, large screens etc etc

This is the best motor race in the world. It's such an menace spectacle. The noise, smell and night racing. I haven't been for the past few years as pressures of work and young child..... But I'm looking to go back next year, take my boy.

Dunlop curves at night. Glowing brakes, then turbos on full chat, followed by mighty thumping V8's.

It gets in your blood.

Like Ray, I also took a TV( before I had the MH) and ran from a group arranged commercial genny!
